My second stay here and both times consistent. Decent room, clean, helpful staff. I’ve stayed at places twice the cost in Lubbock and this place is hard to beat for the price. If you’re a budget traveler then I’d recommend. $60 including fees is hard to beat.

I spent about 5 days here. I had zero issues. Yes, building is "older" but it was a great, quiet, and clean stay. The staff were really friendly too. There was a typical waffle, fruit, yogurt offering in the mornings - my only request...add a protein like some eggs! But seriously, a great simple stay. Already booked for next month's visit. ...after reading other reviews...yes, there is one older gentleman with glasses - who is most likely the key owner - he is definitely not warm and fuzzy. I contributed it to a cultural thing but everyone else was super nice.

The beds are comfy, the room is big and there's an area with a sink, mini fridge and microwave. It's near a medical center so a little noisy when the helicopters fly by but otherwise not too bad. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, there is only one partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and the ceiling fan is missing the chain to turn it off. The front desk person said he couldn't do anything about it until tomorrow but we're only staying one night. It's conveniently located about halfway between our house and our daughter's house though. We'd stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay and amazing service! Very affordable price! Everything you could ask for on a budget or even just a stay in Lubbock. Any bad reviews to this hotel are from simple people that probably broke a rule or neglected the "pets welcome" privilege. Stay here for a great stay at a great price!

Do not book here if you are expecting a $150+ room. The room was less than $60 and worth every penny. Tv had tons of channels, no bugs, free breakfast(limited items),comfortable beds, new ac, new mini fridge, new toilet, new sink faucet. This is in room 203. I can't vouch for other rooms.

Great place to stay if visiting Tech, maybe 6 minutes from campus.

Stayed here for three nights while on vacation. It's an excellent hotel, especially for the price. The room was clean and well maintained. It had obviously been renovated recently. The beds were comfortable, and the drawers worked great. The shower head in the bathroom was high enough for me to not have to lean or squat to use it and had a multiple flow head. There was plenty of hot water every morning. The people working there were very helpful and polite. It's a couple of blocks off the main streets in the middle of a medical office park, so it's quiet and safe. The beds are full size, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have a lot of people in one room, bur for the solo traveler or pair it's ideal. And the price is beyond reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend staying here the next time you're in Lubbock.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, breakfast available. And they have an elevator THAT WORKS! I would definitely stay again. Dollar store in walking distance lots of food close by and highway access I only left 4 stars because of the $100 deposit. Most places it's $50 and some don't require one. I wish it was made more clear before I show up with no cash.

I am always in Lubbock for doctor vists. I often go to the UMC cancer center and needed somewhere close by. I found this hotel and i've been utilizing it ever since. Its in the medical district so its in close proximity to covenant and and about a 5 min drive from texas tech. The price is always good compared to other hotels. Rooms are clean and staff is always friendly.

Very affordable rooms, family owned, and great service. Booked several times due to having family member at Covenant Children's Hospital. It is literally a block away! Will keep booking here.
